Accessibility

We want this site to work well for everyone. This page tells you how we have approached accessibility, what is supported and how to flag anything that is not.

Last updated: June 2026

The standard we aim for

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard. That includes:

  • Keyboard access for every interactive element.
  • Visible focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields.
  • Sensible heading structure so screen readers can navigate.
  • Sufficient colour contrast against background and brand colours.
  • Plain language wherever the subject allows.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion in any animation.

How we test

We test with a combination of automated tools, manual keyboard navigation and screen-reader spot checks. We do not claim perfection; sites are built by humans and we welcome feedback.

Known issues

We are aware of the following issues and are working on them:

  • Some uploaded photography may not yet carry descriptive alt text. We are updating these as the photography programme completes.
  • PDF guides hosted on the site may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. The web pages always carry the same information in accessible form.

If something is not working for you

Please tell us. Email hello@slswillsandmore.co.uk or call 01304 577 998 and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to fix verified issues promptly.

Alternatives

If for any reason the website is not working for you, all of our services are available over the phone, by email and in person at our office in Aylesham. We will adjust how we work to suit you.
