Cookie Policy

A short policy for a short list. This website does not use marketing cookies.

Last updated: June 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information that a website asks your browser to store. Most websites use them; many use far more than they need. We have taken a different approach.

What this site does and does not use

This site does not use:

  • Marketing or advertising cookies.
  • Cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Third-party social media cookies (we link to social sites; we do not embed their tracking).

This site does use:

  • Essential cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile on form pages. These prevent automated abuse of our forms. They are not used to identify you and they expire after the form interaction.
  • Cookieless analytics provided by Fathom Analytics. Fathom does not store or read cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It records page views and referrers in aggregate to help us understand which pages are useful.

Why we do it this way

We are an estate planning firm. Most of our clients value privacy highly, and so do we. A cookieless analytics setup gives us the information we genuinely need to improve the site without tracking individual visitors across the web.

Managing cookies

You can clear and block cookies in your browser at any time. Because the only cookies in use here are essential security cookies on form pages, blocking them will mean our forms cannot work; everything else on the site is unaffected.

Changes

If we change this approach, we will update this page and explain why. See also our Privacy Policy.
