A practical partner for charities that care about legacy giving.
We work with charities on Free Wills programmes, supporter referrals and gifts in Wills. The drafting is careful, the conversations are honest, and the charity is treated as a partner rather than a marketing channel.
Legacy giving, taken seriously.
A large number of charitable legacies fail through preventable drafting issues. We make sure that does not happen to gifts left to your supporters' chosen charities.
We are happy to draft alongside a Free Wills week, a supporter referral programme or simply as the named firm for legacy enquiries.
Three ways we work with charities.
Free Wills programmes
Discounted or fully funded Wills for supporters, with a portion of fees donated back. We can run these as one-off weeks or rolling programmes.
Supporter referrals
A simple referral route for your supporters to a regulated estate planning firm. No pressure to leave a legacy and no fee unless instructed.
Legacy drafting reviews
Where supporters have already pledged a legacy, we can review the wording so the gift reaches the charity reliably on death.
Our own charity giving.
Throughout 2026 we donate 5% of the cost of every Will we write to charity, and a further 5% where the client themselves leaves a charitable legacy.
We rotate the recipients quarterly, with a small group of long-running partners and an opportunity for new ones to apply.

For charity partners, what gets asked most.
What do charity partnerships actually look like?
They vary. Some charities run Free Wills weeks or similar promotions with us, where supporters write a Will at a preferential rate and a portion of our fee is donated back. Others simply use us as the recommended firm to refer supporters to.
Will you push our supporters to leave a legacy?
No. The supporter is the client, and the Will is theirs. If they want to leave a legacy, we make sure it is drafted properly. If they do not, we do not push them.
Do you donate to charity yourselves?
Yes. Throughout 2026, 5% of the cost of every Will we write is donated to charity, and we add a further 5% where the client themselves leaves a charitable legacy in their Will.
What if a charity client wants to be sure their gift will reach us?
We can include the full registered charity name, registered number, and a 'wherever the gift fails' clause that redirects the legacy to a similar charity if the named one no longer exists at the date of death.
Refer a supporter, or talk to us about a charity partnership.
We work with charities of every size, from small local hospices to national organisations. The starting point is a conversation.
