For Mortgage Advisers

When a client gets the keys, they should not leave without a Will.

Mortgage protection is only half of the picture. A Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney are the other half, and they are usually missing.

Why mortgage advisers refer to us

The conversation a client expects but rarely gets.

Buying a home or remortgaging is one of the few moments when clients are open to the question. Most clients have nothing in place. A simple Will and an LPA address most of the risk for most families.

We make the introduction simple. The client books a free conversation, we explain what they need, they decide. If a Will is not the right answer this year, we say so.

How we work with you

Three things you can expect.

  • Same-week conversation

We aim to be talking to your client within a week of the introduction.

  • Honest answers

If a client does not need a Will yet, we tell them. Trust is the asset.

  • Confirmation back to you

We confirm the work is done, subject to consent, so you can close the loop in your own records.
