A Property and Financial Affairs LPA lets your chosen attorneys manage your money, property, bills and investments. It can be used while you still have capacity (with your permission) or only if you lose capacity, depending on how it is set up.

Pricing

Single Property and Financial Affairs LPA from £300 to £1,200 including VAT per LPA. Discounts apply for packages. The OPG registration fee (currently £92) is payable separately.

Only if you choose that option in the LPA. By default, attorneys can act while you have capacity (with your permission) and continue to act if you lose it. Some clients restrict this to on-loss-of-capacity only.

Yes. The LPA can include 'preferences' (non-binding guidance) and 'instructions' (binding limits). We help you decide what, if anything, to include without restricting the LPA so tightly that it becomes unusable.
