“Sara visited me at home on three occasions to make sure my Will and LPAs were completed according to my wishes. A true professional, willing to explain everything in plain English.”
Estate planning in Canterbury.
For clients across Canterbury and the surrounding villages. Office, home or video, whichever suits.
SLS Wills and More provides estate planning services to Canterbury and the surrounding area, including Whitstable, Herne Bay, Sturry, Bridge, and the villages within the CT1, CT2, CT3 and CT4 postcodes. Our office is in Aylesham, a short drive from Canterbury city centre. We meet clients in our office, at their homes, or by video and telephone.
The city, the coast, and the villages.
Canterbury sits at the heart of East Kent. The city itself is home to Canterbury Cathedral, the University of Kent, and a long-established legal and professional services community. The surrounding area combines suburban Canterbury, the coastal towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, and a wide stretch of rural villages.
Our Canterbury clients are diverse. They include families in St Stephen's, Hales Place, and Wincheap; retired couples on the coast; rural smallholders in the villages; and professionals working in the city. We have a particularly long working history with Canterbury through Sara's career, going back to her time in private practice with East Kent solicitors firms in the 1990s and 2000s.
The local network is strong. Sara works alongside financial advisers, accountants, mortgage advisers, care professionals, and family solicitors based in Canterbury, and refers complex matters out where they need different expertise. Canterbury clients tell us this network matters: knowing that the people advising them all know each other and can talk to each other.
Where we see Canterbury clients.
Most Canterbury clients meet us at our office in Aylesham, which is around a 25-minute drive from Canterbury city centre. The office is on Miners Way, with parking on site.
For clients who would prefer not to travel, or for whom travel is difficult, we visit at home. Home visits across Canterbury and the surrounding area are part of our standard service.
For clients who travel for work or have demanding schedules, video and telephone consultations work well. The free initial consultation can be at your kitchen table during a lunch break.
