Our office is in Aylesham, around forty miles to the south-east. Most Medway clients work with us by video or telephone, with home visits available and our office open to clients who prefer to make the journey.

Five towns, one estuary, one city.
Medway sits where the River Medway widens into the Thames Estuary. The five towns — Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Strood and Rainham — together make up one of the largest urban areas in Kent, with around 280,000 people. Each town has its own character: Rochester's medieval cathedral, Norman castle and Dickensian high street; Chatham's enormous Historic Dockyard and the streets above it; Gillingham's family neighbourhoods and the rail line into London; Strood across the river; and Rainham at the eastern edge with its older village core. The area is large, varied and well-connected, with fast trains into London Victoria and St Pancras.
Estate planning in Medway is as varied as the area. We work with family homes in Rainham and Hempstead, retired couples on the older streets of Rochester, downsizers selling larger Kent properties and buying smaller Medway homes, working professionals commuting into London who want their Wills sorted, and family businesses across the five towns. Medway is around forty miles from our Aylesham office, so the practical balance is different from East Kent. Most Medway clients work with us by video and telephone, with a home visit for any client who would prefer it. The Wills, LPAs, trusts and probate work is identical regardless of format.
Where a client prefers an in-person meeting, we are happy to visit at home across Medway as part of our standard service. The drive is around an hour each way and we plan visits in clusters where we can.
Some Medway clients choose to make the journey to the Aylesham office, particularly where the first consultation is doubling as a chance to step away from a busy household. The office has parking and quiet meeting rooms, and most journeys are about an hour by car.

We still visit Medway clients at home where they would prefer, and we are happy to see clients in our office if they want to make the journey.
