“Sara visited me at home on three occasions to make sure my Will and LPAs were completed according to my wishes. A true professional, willing to explain everything in plain English.”
Estate planning in Sandwich and Sandwich Bay.
For clients in Sandwich, Worth, Eastry, Woodnesborough and the Sandwich Bay estate. Office, home or video.

SLS Wills and More provides estate planning services in Sandwich, the surrounding villages of Worth, Eastry, Woodnesborough, Ash and Staple, and the Sandwich Bay estate. Our office is in Aylesham, around six miles inland, and we meet Sandwich clients at home, at our office, or by video and telephone.
A Cinque Port, still recognisable.
Sandwich is one of the original Cinque Ports and still wears its medieval street plan, town walls and Tudor houses. The Quay sits along the River Stour, the historic core around Strand Street and Market Street is conservation-area protected, and the town is small enough that a walk across it takes a few minutes. Sandwich Bay, on the coast a couple of miles east, is one of the country's most established golf addresses, with Royal St George's and Princes set into the dunes and an estate of mostly mid-twentieth century homes between them.
Our Sandwich clients tend to fall into two groups. First, retired couples and families settled in the town and surrounding villages, often with property that has been in the family for decades and estate questions that span Will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning at the higher end of the threshold. Second, owners of Sandwich Bay properties used as primary, secondary or holiday homes, with assets in more than one jurisdiction and the kind of estate that benefits from careful drafting.
Sara has worked with Sandwich clients for many years and Aylesham is the nearest village of any size, with the office a six-mile drive across the marshes. The professional network across Sandwich, Deal and Walmer is established and friendly; we work alongside local accountants, financial advisers and solicitors on a regular basis.
Where we see Sandwich clients.
Many Sandwich clients prefer to come to our Aylesham office, particularly for first consultations. The drive is around fifteen minutes via the A256 and the A257, with parking on site and quiet meeting rooms.
Home visits are part of our standard service across Sandwich, the surrounding villages and the Sandwich Bay estate. For clients in the town centre, where parking can be tight, a home visit is often the easier option. For clients at Sandwich Bay or out toward Eastry and Worth, it removes the need to make the journey.
Video and telephone consultations work well for working clients and for clients whose main residence is elsewhere. The work is the same regardless of format.
